First, join Special Olympics Minnesota
Please complete and submit it directly to SOMN as outlined in the form. Complete the entire application, which includes:
- Review Eligibility Statement
- Official Special Olympics consent form
- Medical form
- Healthy Athletes consent form
- Concussion Awareness & Safety Recognition Policy
Then, contact the Lumberjacks team
Then reach out to the St. Croix Valley Lumberjacks to learn more about our team and the sports we offer. Let us know:
- What sports you're interested in
- Any questions after reviewing our Participation Policies
- Other questions or concerns about joining the team, sports, practice or competitions.
